Ngoc-Tinh Nguyen,
VP Marketing & Events, Board Member

Nguyen earned her degree in Economics from Saigon University and her degree in Business Management from Dalat University in Vietnam, and currently serves as President of the Dalat University Alumni Association of Southern California. 
Nguyen is the Founder and Producer of the “Money Smart” talk show at LITTLE SAIGON TV (57.7) which has been airing weekly to discuss financial matters to the Vietnamese community in Orange County since 2014. She is a Founder and current Vice President of the Board of the Pacific Trade and Culture Alliance (PTCA) since 2012. Also, since 2016, she is the Vice Chair of South Land Integrated Services (SIS) in Orange County, California, a non-profit organization with a mission to improve the well-being of Orange County’s diverse population through outreach, education, and community health services. 
Nguyen was the Chairwoman for the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County’s Gala in 2012, and was Co-Chair for both the Korean International Festival held in Garden Grove in 2016 as well as the Asian Business Expo in 2015, 2016, and 2017. She was also the Chairwoman for the Pacific Trade and Culture Alliance’s International Business Symposium at DoubleTree Hotel in 2014, and Chairwoman for PTCA’s Diversity Visionary Awards from 2012 to 2019.
Nguyen was recognized by Senator Tom Umberg in 2020 with the Senate District 34 “Women of Distinction Award” in the field of Business. 
With her commitment to a stronger business community, Nguyen will work closely with the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, Officers and Consul General Office to facilitate collaboration with all business leaders and experts from the different Chambers of Commerce, as well as promote Cambodian businesses both domestically and internationally.

There are currently no organizations that specifically cater to the needs
of businesses looking to invest or expand into Cambodia. We strive to fulfill that gap.

Connection, network, education, promotion are some of the activities we focus our efforts towards.

Our Ideas

We will also organize events and seminars to promote local business,
trade with Cambodia, Investment between Cambodia and the U.S.A. We will collaborate with other business organizations, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, various Asian chamber and business association, to expand our reach.
