Paul Huon,
VP Logistics

Mr. Sokunthy Paul Huon is currently serving as the Director of Operations for an acute care hospital in Tustin, California. Prior to his current role, Mr. Huon was the Chief Executive Officer for a critical access hospital in Los Angeles, California. During his long service to the hospital, Mr. Huon served in various capacity from Corporate Director of Ancillary Services, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and ultimately promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, Mr. Huon guided the hospital through the most difficult time in the modern history of healthcare due to the emergence of SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic.
Mr. Huon received his Bachelor of Science, in Medical Technology, from California State University Dominguez Hills, in 1997. He is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), and nationally certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP). In addition, Mr. Huon is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is an active member of the College of American Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Mr. Huon is a subject matter expert with healthcare related regulatory affairs, including accreditation process, with the Joint Commission (TJC), The College of American Pathology (CAP), and Accreditation
Commission for Health Care (ACHC), formerly known as Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP), and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) – Title 22 & 42, Part 493.
Mr. Huon is passionate about helping the underserved community, and is excited at the prospect of helping his country of origin to facilitate the growth and business development of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

We will also organize events and seminars to promote local business,
trade with Cambodia, Investment between Cambodia and the U.S.A. We will collaborate with other business organizations, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, various Asian chamber and business association, to expand our reach.
