The owner and manager of the Singpoli Group, which specializes in real estate investment and development. Each member of the Singpoli Group benefits from the sharing of ideas and experiences across their varying disciplines which, in turn, creates better results for all. Led by Mr. Hui, Singpoli Group companies specialize in real estate investment and development, general construction, property management, architecture and building design.
The group has a stake in several successful real estate development ventures throughout the United States. Singpoli’s investments include the 5 Beekman Street development project in New York’s Lower Manhattan; Colorado at Lake, 2 North Lake Tower, and Town & Country Luxury Living projects in Pasadena; Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn by the Sea in Marina Del Rey; and Milpitas Landmark Tower in the heart of Silicon Valley. Mr. Hui and Singpoli have supported a variety of regional nonprofits affiliated with prestigious local institutions, such as the Pasadena Symphony and Pops, Los Angeles Chinese American Museum and University of California, Irvine. Kin Hui has been honored by the Los Angeles County Chinese American Sheriff Advisory Committee, the Boy Scouts of America, Chinese American Professional Society, Arcadia Chamber of Commerce, Pasadena Symphony, Los Angeles Business Journal, Congresswoman Judy Chu, San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Pasadena Branch, and Association of Chinese-American Elected Officials. The Overseas Chinese Business Exchange awarded Mr. Hui “World Elite Chinese Businessperson”. Spearheaded by Mr. Hui’s desire to reach out to the community, Singpoli has sponsored award-winning floats in Pasadena’s annual Tournament of Roses Parade.
The 2014 entry, titled “Connecting Cultures, Delivering Dreams,” won the parade’s Extraordinaire Trophy. Singpoli’s entry for 2015, “A Bright Future”, won the Grand Marshal’s Award for excellence in concept and design. In January 2016, Singpoli’s third Rose Parade float, “Marco Polo-East Meets West,” won the Sweepstakes Award. Singpoli Group’s fourth award-wining Rose Float named “Monkey King, won Fantasy Trophy in January 2017, Mr. Hui led his team to work on the fifth company float “Singpoli 2018 Rose Float – Rising Above”, once again won the highest honor, Sweepstakes Trophy. It is Mr. Hui’s firm belief that through cooperation, these partnerships – both new and long-standing – will continue to enrich the community that calls Greater Los Angeles home.
