Kim ChHa Hout
President
As president of the CamCham in California Organization, Kim Chha Hout shapes and approves organizational strategies, advocates for the organization’s issues, and sets the organization’s overall direction. He works with local and international leaders and partners to further the organization’s goal of improving commerce in the United States and around the world.
Norman Arikawa
Executive VP
Norman Arikawa leads the organization in service of our mission – to help every business have the opportunity to promote and facilitate commerce between Cambodia and the USA. Knowing that we cannot achieve that mission alone, he brings a deep commitment to building partnerships and ensuring that the culture of the organization directly enables the impact we aspire to have.

VP Logistics & Operations
Mr. Sokunthy Paul Huon is currently serving as the Director of Operations for an acute care hospital in Tustin, California. Prior to his current role, Mr. Huon was the Chief Executive Officer for a critical access
hospital in Los Angeles, California.

Deputy VP Public Relations
Daniel Sieu is the Chairman of William Stephanie Foundation, where he acts as Director of the So. Cal. Community Spoke of SBA. and CIEDEC Member(California inland empire district export council) by appointment of the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. Former Director of minority business development agency in south California. Mr. Daniel Sieu has worked directly and indirectly with MBDA under U.S. Department of Commerce since 1997.
